Brian Lantzy, CE0 - currently lives in Boulder, Colorado with his wife (and RBO partner) Sibila and their 4 year old daughter. Brian grew up in Delaware, spent one year after college in a cubicle in NJ, and then the next 12 years in the Colorado mountains "living the dream". Brian has worked as an environmental consultant, fly-fishing guide, wine salesman, and done all things restaurant (front of house). They recently spent 6 years in Bend, Oregon where Brian was Land Development Director for a regional residential builder. Brian has an B.A. from Dickinson College (PA) and a M.S. in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver. In his spare time Brian enjoys surfing, rock climbing, skiing (alpine and skate), white-water rafting, fly-fishing and mountain biking. In that order, depending on the conditions.

Sibila Lantzy, Sales Director - was born in Montevideo, Uruguay and grew up there and in South Florida. Sibila has worked as a clothing manufacturers sales rep, masseuse, and in restaurant management in various in ski towns. Most recently Sibila has owned real estate brokerages in Winter Park Colorado, and Bend Oregon. Sibila has been in the real estate profession since 1998. She holds extended education certifications including GRI (Graduate of the Real Estate Institute) and CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) and RSPS (Resort and Second Home Property Specialist) and is the sole proprietor of My Bend Home an exclusive buyer representation brokerage. Sibila was the Pres. elect of the Grand County board of realtors in Colorado and has won the silver award in the Million Dollar Circle with the National Assoc. of Home Builders in 2005 and 2006. She has traveled extensively throughout South America, Asia and United States. Bilingual in Spanish and English.

Reid Simonton, CTO - resides in sunny Bend, Oregon with his wife and daughter. Born and raised in Colorado Springs, Reid attended the University of Colorado where he received his B.S. in Computer Science. Throughout his career Reid has enjoyed working with a wide variety of technologies including speech recognition, systems integration, online banking and mobile applications. Since settling in Bend Reid has focused his efforts as a freelance software developer on modern Web technologies and the development of dynamic, feature-rich Web applications.
